Role of 2050 Pathways Platform acknowledged in G20 Summit.

The G20 countries have introduced a reference to the 2050 Pathways Platform in the G20 Climate and Energy Action Plan for Growth.

“We welcome the submission of long-term strategies by some G20 countries and on-going efforts by others. We will engage in good-practice sharing and cooperation, which would also benefit non-G20 countries, including through existing fora, inter alia, such as the 2050 Pathways Platform.”
