ClimateWorks Australia launched its new report, Horizon to Horizon on September 27th in NYC. This work, which was supported by the 2050 Pathways Platform, is a Pacific Island country guide to creating long-term climate resilience, net zero emissions development, and a sustainable future.
Horizon to Horizon is designed to guide decision-makers in the Pacific region through the process of designing a long-term climate strategy. It outlines and proposes solutions to implementation challenges and identifies potential financing needs and sources.
ClimateWorks Australia developed the Strategic Mitigation, Adaptation and Resilience (SMART) tool to enhance the understanding of where mitigation actions interact with adaptation and resilience priorities.
