Sarah Achaïchia

Associate

Sarah joined the 2050 Pathways Platform as an Associate in October 2022. She leads knowledge activities within the Platform which includes the management of a key project with partners to disseminate best practice and lessons learned on long-term strategies with countries. Sarah is also responsible for the development of the Platform’s online hub which will curate learning resources on long-term strategies for our network of stakeholders.

 

Prior to joining the Platform, Sarah worked at the Centre for Climate Change Innovation in London and was in charge of supporting cleantech start-ups to grow their investor relationships and secure innovation pilot opportunities with local councils. Sarah also worked as a Sustainability Manager for a London-based recycling company and as a Project Assistant for a London council where she delivered various campaigns and projects to change behaviours around recycling and waste reduction.

 

Sarah holds a MSc in Urban Economic Development from University College London and a bachelor’s degree in Geography from Université Paris 7 Diderot. Sarah speaks French and English fluently and is currently learning Japanese.
