Micol joined the 2050 Pathways Platform as an associate in 2020.
Prior to joining the Platform, Micol worked in consulting roles with the Carbon Trust and EcoAct, advising public sector and business clients across the globe on a wide range of energy and climate change issues. Collaborating with organizations such as UN Environment, UNIDO, AfDB and IDB, Micol’s previous work ranged from promoting energy access in Sub-Saharan Africa, working on industrial energy efficiency in China and district heating in India, to developing low carbon energy strategies for cities and regions across the UK.
Micol holds an MSc in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from UCL London, a MSc in International Public Policy and Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BSc in Economics from Bocconi University Milan. She is fluent in English, French, Italian and German and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
